Play responsibly

Crash games are fast: a round takes seconds and the next one starts straight away. That is what makes them fun, and also what makes it easy to spend more time and money than you meant to. A few habits keep it fun.

Before you play

  • Only adults aged 18 or over may play for real money, and only where it is legal.
  • Decide how much you can afford to spend — money you would be fine never seeing again — and treat it as the cost of entertainment.
  • Practise in demo mode first; it is free and uses the same live rounds.

While you play

  • Stop when your budget is used. Never deposit more to win back a loss.
  • Use auto cash-out so each decision is made calmly, before the round starts.
  • Take a break at least every half hour, and do not play when you are upset, tired or have been drinking.
  • Never borrow money, or use money meant for bills, rent or family, to play.

Warning signs

  • Spending more than you planned, or hiding how much you play.
  • Thinking about winning back losses.
  • Gaming getting in the way of work, study, sleep or family.
  • Feeling anxious or irritable when you are not playing.

Getting help

If any of this sounds familiar, talk to someone. In India, Tele-MANAS — the government's free mental-health helpline — is open 24 hours on 14416 or 1-800-891-4416, in many languages. You can also contact our support team to close your account.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Contact support from your account and ask for it to be closed.

Is the demo mode really free?

Yes. Demo mode uses ₹10,000 of play money that has no value and cannot be withdrawn — there is nothing to pay.
