About Chicken Road

Chicken Road is a crossing game. The chicken waits on the pavement in front of a busy road, and every lane it hops across raises the multiplier on your bet. You decide when to stop: cash out to take your bet times the multiplier of the lane the chicken is on, or press on for more — if a car hits the chicken first, the bet is lost. Four difficulties set how dangerous each lane is, from Easy's gentle climb to Hardcore's huge jumps, and every round is provably fair.

How to play Chicken Road

  1. Enter your bet, or tap one of the quick amounts.
  2. Pick a difficulty — Easy, Medium, Hard or Hardcore. Harder roads have fewer lanes, more danger on each and bigger multipliers.
  3. Press Play, then GO to hop the chicken across the next lane. Every lane it crosses raises the multiplier.
  4. Press Cash out at any time to win your bet times the multiplier of the lane the chicken is on.
  5. If a car hits the chicken first, the bet is lost. Cross every lane and the round cashes out by itself.

Chicken Road FAQ

Can I play Chicken Road for free?

Yes. Open the game without an account and you play with ₹10,000 of play money — no sign-up and no deposit. Create an account when you want to play for real.

How does Chicken Road work?

Press Play to place your bet, then GO to move the chicken across one lane at a time. Every lane it crosses raises the multiplier; cash out whenever you like to win your bet times that multiplier. If a car hits the chicken first, the bet is lost.

What is the difference between Easy, Medium, Hard and Hardcore?

How dangerous each lane is. Easy has the most lanes and the smallest chance of being hit, so the multiplier climbs slowly; Hardcore has the fewest lanes and the biggest risk, so it climbs very fast. Every lane's chance and multiplier for each difficulty are listed under How to play in the game.

Is there a trick or strategy to win at Chicken Road?

No. Every lane's chance of being hit is fixed and shown in the rules, and cashing out at any lane returns the same percentage of the bet on average, so no pattern or timing changes the odds. Pick a difficulty and a cash-out point you are comfortable with, and only play with money you can afford to lose.

Is Chicken Road fair?

Yes. Before each real-money round you see the SHA-256 fingerprint of the secret seed that decides it. After the round the seed is revealed, and your browser can recompute where the chicken would have been hit under Provably Fair.

Can I play Chicken Road on my phone?

Yes. It runs in any mobile browser with nothing to install. The road scrolls with the chicken, and the Play, GO and Cash out buttons stay at the bottom of the screen.
